Double P, Double M

Pale Pudgy Middle-aged Men

Pale, pudgy, middle-aged men,

If dressed in white,

Would be Pillsbury dough boy

Look-a-likes,

CEO’s, directors, and managers,

Their titles read.

They seem to know,

Just what we need.

PC’s, voice mail, and faxes,

Technology that promised to ease

The burden of a downsized work force,

Now we are imprisoned by these.

Double P’s, double M’s,

The day will come,

When it isn’t he, who owns the toys,

But she who makes them run.
